TINCA MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL (TMI)is a faith based not-for-profit organization based in Uganda that ministers the love of Christ through spiritual, physical and economic support to family members. Special attention is given to women, youth, children and the less privileged like widows, orphans, the poor and the elderly.

MINISTRY OBJECTIVES
- To minister to family members about the love and power of Jesus Christ through activities and projects that reach the hurting and needy.
- To design, manage and implement community projects aimed at improving the economic welfare of marginalised groups especially children, youth and women.
- To evangelise the gospel through channels and means that most appropriately reach the masses.
- To foster partnerships and networks, that enhance social economic and spiritual growth of children, youth and women.
- To publish Christian literature that enhances spiritual, intellectual and social economic growth.
OUR STRATEGIC APPROACH
Our approach is enshrined in three core values of:
- Partnerships and networks: We develop and foster local and international partnerships that foster the organisational objectives.
- Beneficiary involvement: The program beneficiaries learn by actively participating in designing, implementing, documenting, monitoring and evaluating their own activities.
- Efficient Resource Utilisation: The existing individual, community and external resources are identified, mobilised, harnessed and efficiently utilised to achieve the objectives
